agent.cloudPlugin connections

Connect agent.cloud

Connect with your normal agent.cloud account, select an organization, and approve the actions. Installing a plugin does not grant access. The agent.cloud CLI is not needed for this connection.

Codex desktop or CLI

First inspect any named configuration:

codex mcp get agent-cloud --json

If it names another URL, custom authorization or a disabled server, resolve that conflict yourself before continuing; do not overwrite it. With the installed plugin, explicitly start OAuth without changing the saved configuration:

codex -c 'mcp_servers.agent-cloud.url="https://agent.cloud/mcp"' mcp login agent-cloud

If Codex is not on PATH, use the CLI bundled with your desktop installation. On the qualified macOS desktop build, replace codex with:

"/Applications/ChatGPT.app/Contents/Resources/codex-cli/CodexCLI.app/Contents/MacOS/codex"

Complete the browser consent, then open a fresh Codex chat and ask: “Use agent-cloud to call account_get and show the connected organization.” A missing Connect button in the plugin page is expected on some builds. If the browser cannot open automatically, add --no-browser to the full login command above and open the authorization URL it prints in your own browser.

For standalone MCP without the plugin, add the server only if it is absent: codex mcp add agent-cloud --url https://agent.cloud/mcp. The client may start sign-in during add; otherwise run the login command above. The plugin package will include a Setup helper for these same checks; standalone MCP works without that package.

Claude Code

claude mcp add --transport http agent-cloud https://agent.cloud/mcp

In Claude Code run /mcp, select agent-cloud, and authenticate. Then ask it to call account_get. Reconnect to select another organization. Use the account page above to revoke a connection. Never paste tokens or authorization codes into chat.
